The Very Hungry Catepillar....

Mixed media.
Did this one for a wraparound book cover assignment depicting an author or their works.  I chose Eric Carle, the children's book author.

More Things Ive done

More recent paintings I've done

"Witch's Brew"- Acrylic on Illustration Board:

An illustration for my rendition of One Witch by Laura Leuck.

"Thesan" -Acrylic on Canvas Board
Painting of a friend done on canvas board, which I usually dislike using, but it was fun to paint all of the lights. :)

 "Face to Face"-Acrylic on wood.

Painting based off of an original story titled Adalyn and Beau.

 "Buddha"-Oil on Wooden Board

This was the first oil painting I've done,  it definitely made me want to work in oils more often, and that is what I am doing now :)

"Frankie"-Acrylic on Canvas

Portrait of my uncle from his military days.

More to come soon....

Let's see how long this lasts....

Helloooo, I figured it was time to set up a way to display my artwork with some professionalism,  and by professionalism I mean not under a ridiculous user name.  I'll try to use this as a tool to become a more consistent human being...
Here is a time line of some older assignments and things of that nature:

Cannibal's Cocktail, 2008 Acrylic on Canvas
This was an assignment for my senior year of high school, we had to do a "reflective painting."
Im not sure why, but this is still one of my favorite pieces.
Probably because there is an eyeball in it.

Swampy, 2009 Colored pencil on paper
Created a monster in their habitat.

Thug Wife, 2010 Mixed media

Nature Over Came, 2010 Acrylic on Illustration board
This actual painting is 6ft wide, did this over the summer.

JekylNHyde, 2010 Scratch board.
More to come soon :)
